Agent services

Are you an international agent, UK-based English language school or business looking for a reliable homestay agency in London to accommodate your students? Why not partner with UKguests?

We have in-depth knowledge and experience of the homestay industry and are aware of the importance of a high-quality service, at the right price, for all our clients.

Our hosts

All our homestay hosts are carefully selected for their warmth and friendliness. They genuinely care about their guests' welfare. Our homestay accommodation is ideal for students and other visitors who appreciate being in a supportive, comfortable environment with the added opportunity to practise their English on a daily basis. Homestay guests will also learn more about British culture. You can be sure that all of our hosts have been thoroughly checked prior to placing guests in their home. This ensures that our hosts meet British Council standards. Most importantly, our visiting officers will always meet our new hosts and get to know them on a personal level prior to the arrival of their guests.

Our promise to you

  • We will respond to all requests within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Please note there may be a delay during our busy summer months or during bank holidays.
  • All booking requests will be confirmed within 48 hours (with the exception of group bookings, which will take longer).
  • At UKguests we provide our clients with a 24-hour emergency contact number.

Guests' welfare

  • We will inform our clients of any problems with regard to their guests' welfare.
  • No guest under the age of 18 will be accommodated together with a guest aged 18 years or over.
  • UKguests can verify that all our drivers have up-to-date Disclosure and Barrings Service (DBS) checks.
  • Hosts who are accommodating guests under the age of 18 will be required to have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and sign the Children Act 1989 declaration.

I think that it is a good idea that international students live in a British family when they come to England. In this way, students can learn English more easily and practise it all the time.
