It would be our pleasure to host and take care of your clients accommodation needs with our English host families during their stay in London, whether it is short or long term accommodation.

We have in depth knowledge and experience of the hospitality industry and we are aware of the importance of a high quality service, at the right price, for all our clients.

In addition to offering a first class host family accommodation service, we work in conjunction with a number of English Language Schools/Universities in London.

All our staff are experienced and collectively have over 15 years' experience of working with & hosting our international guests. Here at UKguests your clients welfare is our top priory.

Our Hosts

All our host families are carefully selected for their warmth and friendliness. The majority of our host families are experienced and known to UKguests as they have hosted for us for number of years. They have a genuine care about their student's welfare. Our Homestay accommodation is ideal for students who appreciate being in a supportive, comfortable environment with the added opportunity to practice English on a daily basis. Student will also learn more about the English culture. UKguests can verify that all our host families' homes have been visited and inspected prior to placing students in their home. This ensures that our families meet the Bed & Breakfast Homestay Association (BBHA) required standards. Most importantly our visiting officers have the opportunity to meet our new hosts and get to know them on a personal level prior to the arrival of their guests.

Our Agent Promise

UKguests will respond to all communication requests within a 24 hour period. (Please note there may be a delay during our summer months or during bank holidays).
Following the receipt of a completed booking request form, UKguests will confirm a booking within a 3 day period, subject to the receipt of payments being received ( With the exception of group bookings or during our busy summer months which may take longer, we ask that you book in advance).

Student Welfare

UKguests will inform all our agents/schools of any problems in regards to students welfare
UKguests can confirm that all students under the age of 18 are placed with host families who have been CRB checked.
If a student is unhappy with their homestay accommodation, UKguests will relocate them as soon as possible, providing their request is deemed reasonable.
